Personnel changes at NORILSK NICKEL»

Appointments and resignments
NorNickel has made a number of personnel and structural changes. Sergey Dubovitsky has been appointed to the position of senior Vice President-head of the strategy and strategic project management, logistics and resource support unit. 

In the new position, in addition to the issues of strategy and strategic investment projects, for which he was previously responsible, Sergey Dubovitsky will also oversee Norilsk Nickel's logistics and logistics support. Alexey Bashkirov, a member of the Board of Directors of NorNickel and Chairman of the budget Committee, will take the position of senior Vice President-head of the Commerce, business development, investor relations and public relations unit. Alexey Bashkirov will be responsible for the group's sales and marketing complex, as well as Norilsk Nickel's relationships with investors and the public. In addition, it will report to two newly created divisions - the Department of innovation development and the Department of mergers and acquisitions.

Elena Savitskaya, who holds the position of Vice President and chief of staff of Norilsk Nickel, will now also oversee the company's social policy, development and implementation of HR strategy and corporate policy on compensation and benefits, recruitment, staff training and development, motivation system, and performance evaluation. In addition, it will be responsible for the NorNickel program for the development of corporate medicine. 

Senior Vice-presidents Sergey Batekhin and Larisa Zelkova are leaving the company. Sergey Batekhin is moving to Interros holding company to develop digital projects, while Larisa Zelkova will focus on projects in the field of charity. Vladislav Gasumyanov will leave the post of senior Vice President for public — private partnership development, but will remain a member of the Board of Norilsk Nickel.
